If you have accepted the house, you have thereby confirmed that the construction has been essentially completed in accordance with the contract. Whether you are a layperson does not matter. You could have consulted an expert for support. Likewise, it was up to you to bring aids, such as a spotlight, to the acceptance. There are said to be people who even bring a spirit level and a tape measure to the acceptance. This is not a so-called "hidden defect."

Well, I do wish you good luck, but the prospects are probably not that good ;) A coverage commitment will not be granted by the RSV either if the case has little chance of success.

Defamation is what it is, it is just stating the facts and then letting people form their own judgment.
