Is the appearance of the new facade faulty or not?

Hello everyone,

we are roughly finished with our house, and when I was standing at a neighbor's place the other day, I had to see this:

That made me suspicious, and one evening I went around with a spotlight, and this is what came out:

Two acquaintances of mine, who work for a painting company, and one who works for a drywall company, told me that we should have had it redone.

Currently, I am still waiting for a statement from my builder.
An acquaintance who has a similar problem and built with the same company was brushed off with: "That’s due to the exposed location and also because of strip lighting."

Am I being too picky, or is this really poorly done?

Best regards & thanks

For a new building, I find this unacceptable. In terms of appearance, it could have been done by oneself. It looks completely amateurish.

But it was carried out by a company from Thuringia that also does several houses.

I can't provide you with legal texts and paragraphs, but I can tell you that looks really bad.

Lots of strength and success with complaining and suing.

What do you mean by full thermal insulation? We have a solid house made of 24 cm Ytong blocks and 12 cm insulation panels.

Thanks :D
