In this constellation, definitely engage a broker who can possibly also submit anonymous preliminary inquiries. For providers with simplified health questions, it is sometimes necessary to indicate whether there have been any rejected applications in the last 12 (or more) months.

You seem to have misunderstood me, you should choose the insurance sum to decrease analogously to the decreasing loan amount, that reduces the contribution.

He doesn’t seem to want to understand anyway: please find a broker who inquires anonymously … you have only made everything worse with your inquiries and refusals …

Correct. What many don't know is that insurance companies have databases and exchange information! It also makes sense to weed out the bad apples.

I would assume according to GDPR that they have to inform you about this and that you can also request this information from them if you have missed something. It doesn’t happen just like that. Especially health information, I would consider particularly protected and they certainly will not share it in detail. (Possibly the result of the request, so just a "was rejected," but even that should be findable) what one then does if the damage is already done (for example, under your own name it says rejected 4 times by a, b, c, d), I don’t know exactly either

They certainly are not allowed to say that he inquired, thanks to the GDPR, unless they have to disclose it as part of the request. The problem is more likely to prove that they did it. And then he still does not have any insurance.
