That is included - if you are quoted 30 euros/m2 during the sample selection, that only refers to the tile price.

However, the assumed tile price is very optimistic - with that developer (given the other known prices), you will probably only get cheap stuff.

What kind of washbasin is that??? Our 6-sided bathtub, 210 cm Kaldewei Vaio Duo with pearl effect and anti-slip, only cost about 1000 euros, so I find 2500 surcharge for a tub quite heavy. Is the 700 euros for one toilet or all in the house?

We had completely removed plumbing and ordered the items online. The plumbing company wanted about 12,000 for the same items, online we paid just under 7,000.

I've also had quite some experiences with bathroom showrooms (outside of house building). They are sometimes even worse than kitchen studios when it comes to price transparency and such. Some don't reveal any prices at all unless you have a contracting company that then provides the final price. A total waste of time.

How did your craftsmen react when you provided the materials?
