Yes, we were also surprised by that. I think it can certainly be cheaper. But apart from the bathroom, have I forgotten any important items or underestimated them? For flooring, I am calculating about 30-40 euros per sqm for the pure material price.

Where can the ancillary building costs be found in the list?

That could work, but not necessarily. What kind of flooring do you want?

With the 3k for electrical work & co, it can be tight depending on what you want and what, for example, a power outlet costs.

It just depends on what kind of flooring you want.

We chose 60x120 porcelain stoneware. Official cost per sqm is 98.30 EURO.
We get it much cheaper, but only because the tiler is a good acquaintance.

Hm, which exactly do you mean? Building permits, soil surveys, insurances, excavation and removal of soil, electricity, water, surveying, etc. are all included in the house price. The floor slab is already in place as well.

The floor in the ground floor should be about 50 sqm of tiles in wood look. They cost about 40 euros/sqm.
Upper floor cork: between 30-40 euros/sqm
Attic laminate: between 20-30 euros/sqm

For electrical I’m thinking of a LAN distributor with 5 double sockets. Kabel Deutschland sockets 5 pieces. Maybe 3 more ceiling outlets than stated and about 30 more sockets.

Those are the ones I meant. I just couldn’t tell from the original post that they were included.
