Okay, you should probably manage with the 3k, even if the BT goes all out with the sockets.



Shouldn't that be included with the developer? From my understanding, the developer is the builder and the eventual buyer buys "a piece of house" at the advertised price. Or am I mistaken here?

Ok, that explains why they were not listed.

How does it work in this case with real estate transfer tax and notary fees (in this case incl. house)?

No, I did not list them because they are covered by equity. But true, I should have added that.

Then I can't think of anything else. Except maybe the costs for a proper housewarming party...

In addition, depending on the covering, adhesive, baseboards, grouting, silicone joints, impact sound insulation, and door tracks are added. That can quickly add up to a few euros :confused:
