Is my cost estimate realistic?

When I think of electrical, I think of LAN distributors with 5 double sockets. 5 Kabeldeutschland sockets. Maybe 3 ceiling outlets more than specified and about 30 more sockets.

Okay, you should probably manage with the 3k, even if the BT goes all out with the sockets.

Flooring on the ground floor should be about 50 sqm of wood-look tiles. They cost about 40 euros/sqm.
First floor cork: between 30-40 euros/sqm
Attic laminate: between 20-30 euros/sqm

In addition, depending on the covering, adhesive, baseboards, grouting, silicone joints, impact sound insulation, and door tracks are added. That can quickly add up to a few euros :confused:
