Is it sensible to build a new semi-detached house without the KfW standard?

Halmi, an ETICS from around 1988? Back then, they were still in their infancy and quite thin and did not insulate nearly as well as the 16 cm ones today. I did some reading on it. What I understood is that our monolithic facade constantly lets some heat pass from the inside to the outside, so the plaster surface outside is always slightly warmer than the air and thus dries off rain, fog, and dew. With today's thick ETICS facade, which is energetically certainly superior to our monolithic one, it even happens that it is colder on the surface than the outside air and thus dew forms, which algae use to settle. Why even colder, I haven't understood. K.

Is this a specific problem with this particular house? If I understand correctly, this should actually concern all modern houses without a brick veneer facade? The better insulated, the stronger. Depending on the orientation and roof overhang (which we haven't even talked about yet) more or less? The seller also mentioned something about a plaster with [Lotus effect]. I haven't looked into that further yet.

it is still nonsense that all the facades turn green. My neighbor built about 9-10 years ago, 24 Poroton + 16cm ETICS, the facade looks like it did on the first day.

Furthermore, algae growth on the facade is not a specific problem of ETICS but also monolithic walls turn green, I just have to look three to four houses further down my street. Built about 20 years ago, he has painted his facade twice in the last 10 years alone.

Here is how it looks for us: 1cm interior plaster, 17.5cm Poroton, 16cm insulation, 1.5cm exterior plaster.

With all the reading, I am becoming quite skeptical about whether this is any good...
The semi-detached house is supposed to be KfW55 and my neighbor is only getting KfW70, with exactly the same materials.

Is that normal?

Nonsense, my 20cm ETICS facade looks like it did on the first day after 5 years, from all sides.

Mr. Vitalio, it may be true that your facade is algae-free. Nevertheless, I do not write or say nonsense. I am also not lying.
