The insulation is also included as well as an additional space of 12 on the attic for the internal technology. However, the offer from the heating engineer still needs to be negotiated.

It is about the insulation of the exterior walls. I wanted to have this measure carried out anyway. After all, it is still the construction standard from 1994.

Then, for comparison purposes, these insulation costs must also be added to Variant A with the gas boilers or deducted from Variant B and C. Otherwise, you are comparing apples and oranges.

A: only insulation (10,000) and renewal of the gas boilers when they are on. Of 4 pieces from 1994, 3 are still running. 1 was renewed last year. B: incl. insulation and heat pump minus subsidy: 75,000,-- C: incl. insulation, heat pump and PV system minus subsidy: 90,000,--

That's really a business idea. The modernization costs are passed on to the rent, and the tenants then have to buy the electricity for 20 cents/kWh, even though they pay for the PV system through the rent....and the maintenance, insurance, etc.
