Hello and good evening,
we are currently renovating a house.
We are using the KFW funding. KFW 115.
We also have an energy consultant.
At the beginning, everything sounded great and wonderful with and from the energy consultant.
However, unfortunately, during the renovation project we have been having more and more problems with the gentleman.
By now, we have reached a point where we no longer have the patience for the man, as he is simply too picky and reprimands even the smallest defects with the greatest caution.
Currently, we are at a stage where the consultant wants to write a letter to KFW because of small defects in the windows, which, of course, can/must still be improved, and wants to rate the work as deficient.
Now to my question:
Is it possible to change the energy consultant during a renovation phase without problems?
We would very much like to consult another external energy consultant about the overall structural situation.
We are very grateful for any response.
Best regards
Jan
