Yes and no. On the one hand, it is something completely different when you deal with large numbers at work. On the other hand, you should be more afraid of the smaller numbers that you pay to the bank monthly over 20, 30 years so that you can stay in the house and not have to sell it.

That is interesting. With [10,000 EUR net/month], you don’t need to have stomach aches with that amount. With [5,000 EUR net] and 2 children, probably more so.

But the same goes for every tenant, who, however, still has to deal with rent increases, annoying neighbors above/below, and possible evictions.
