Hello everyone,
we were fortunate to be able to hold on to our loan, which we had already applied for in December, and yesterday we were approved for a loan for a house with 2 residential units and 2 x KfW 153 loans under the new conditions. Since the bank raised the interest rates in January, we kept the KfW loans at €100,000 each, as otherwise we would have had to take out the bank's annuity loan under the worse conditions of January.
The project has now become €25,000 more expensive. Therefore, we are wondering if the KfW 153 loans can also be used for additional financing. Theoretically, we could go up to 2 x €120,000 here.
Does anyone have experience with this topic? Unfortunately, Google and the KfW homepage did not help me.
