Is a shared heating system between two semi-detached houses sensible?

Now, regardless of family relationships. I am thinking about costs. Probably a somewhat larger system is cheaper than 2 small ones. You can think of it like a shared apartment is also cheaper for the individual than if all three had their own apartment, since infrastructure such as bathroom and kitchen is shared. This is also the case with heating, heating medium and maintenance. Regards!

You can also move out of a shared flat very quickly, and everyone buys their own fridge. But it’s different with a house. It’s probably cheaper to have one gas supply, one large heating system. But just the billing alone if you were to regulate it via evaporators (or whatever) also costs money. I would never consider the savings.

Why on earth should a gas heating system no longer be up-to-date?

You can also move out of a semi-detached house. After all, it’s only about a shared heating system, not a shared bedroom. And the billing is surely not the problem. Just look at how it is regulated in apartment buildings.
