It was never about "lack of money"! Since, as described, it is supposed to be a nice or bad-weather fireplace that is only meant to add some ambiance, I am simply not willing to invest 10k in it.

I am also not willing to invest 150k for a Porsche, but I still want to have one. Whoever wants luxury must also pay the prices for it...

No, that is not correct! It is also possible without the "foreign variant." After some research, I came across the Spartherm Artemis and also Ares, both of which fit within the budget (possibly depending on the shop, about 1k above). Although these are no longer sold by Spartiert as they are "old" models and the new ones are expected at the beginning of next year, that does not diminish the matter, as online shops still sell them. And since these are wood-burning stoves, the assembly can be done by oneself.
