If your architect sees it that way too and knows the people at the building authority, it will probably work out.
Well, the parking space question is necessarily linked to the house, is regulated in the development plan, and must be answered in the building documents. But if the building authority takes it that lightly, you're just lucky.
It would be nice to hear about further developments.
Regardless of whether there is a parking space requirement for this new development area at all, since it is in the immediate vicinity of a train station and bus stops and the city of Unna has not published a parking space statute since 2019, we will nevertheless create enough parking spaces.
However, the city will probably not want to know from me where the parking spaces will go and how many.
Quote:
“Removal of the parking space regulation
- The applicable parking space regulation in §51 Building Code NRW will expire on 01.01.2019. The cities and municipalities must issue their own parking space statute by then. Otherwise, after 01.01.2019, the construction of parking spaces can no longer be required. Thus, municipalities are generally granted the opportunity to regulate the number and equipment of car parking spaces as well as bicycle parking spaces themselves.”
In any case, I will report here as soon as I make progress.
