Internet / TV during development

I understand the situation as follows: Since it is about public development, it is pointless to look for a provider now. That is done for internal development when it comes to your telephone connection or internet. I would be surprised if the contracting parties do not have Telekom cables installed. A telephone line is nowadays standard. However, fiber optic (I hope I am not confusing anything), i.e. the faster lines, are not installed everywhere. The developer or construction contractor has very little to do with Telekom lines - actually nothing at all ;)

There are even fiber optic telephone connections, and since the analog copper twisted pair telephone line network has been trampled flat by pink elephants (to put it less flippantly: will soon be shut down), and everything runs over the internet, one corresponding connection is quite sufficient – so a telephone as such is not necessarily needed, especially in residential single-family houses I see no advantages there, provided there is proper internet supply (possibly with CATV).

So KD/Vodafone should be enough, although you can get the same with Big-T... But one is enough, as said, telephone and internet and possibly TV no longer all have to be separate.

Some providers also lay fiber optic – at least prepared... Everything can go over that as well. But for me, a fast connection would be important – Telekom sometimes only offers 6M connections with new builds, that is dripping from the line :( Would you possibly be able to arrange a joint solution with all involved residents? Such a collective connection is often cheaper than x individual ones!
