He also told us that we would see each other again because he would fix it. The company told us that after 2 heating periods they would come and restore everything to its original condition, everything will be repaired. This is normal because the house settles, and considering how quickly it was erected, it should be clear to anyone. The only thing they will not renew are the silicone joints, but honestly, I can do that myself. These will have to be renewed several times from time to time anyway. You are probably out of luck if you contact the company only after 7 years. I was told that if something is wrong, you should report it immediately. We also had problems with the roller shutters, I called the company and the problem was resolved. I absolutely cannot understand your approach! You should have informed your company in time!
