Who else has such problems with their prefab house?

Is the house settling a lot? Sounds like it. Is it the interior work or the frost in the ground?

The house was built 7 years ago. In our opinion, not enough time was allowed between the house setup and completion of the interior work, especially since it was winter. The trouble then started very quickly and kept getting worse.

It is the interior finishing - was executed very poorly - no expansion tape in the corners, the joints are cracking. The clamps are simply bent, bending away from the wall at the top and bottom.

Some of what you write is not a defect, but common in every house. Silicone joints are, for example, maintenance joints. Cracked wallpaper is also not unusual in a new building due to settling. Whether all of this is within the normal range cannot be judged from here.

If you had such problems from the beginning, have you gone through them with an expert after 5 years? Now it is a bit late for that.

This does not necessarily mean that there is no defect.
