What a luck! In the negotiations first from 1.35% to 1.1% and now to 1% :D

Since yesterday evening, the KFW is at 0.90%

We were just at the HVB and signed everything. When we signed with the broker, it was still 1.0%, or rather the HVB subsidized the KFW loan again so that we initially had 0.75%, but now we are getting 0.9% or through 0.65%

Since we are building two residential units, we were really lucky here. When we decided to build KFW 55, we calculated with 1.53%.
