Here I return to my point about holism. For me, these are implementations that clearly exceed my skills and also my level of interest. I would need to dig into the individual technologies for a very long time.
That’s why I really find it a shame that there is probably no service provider in a typical construction project who brings all these loose ends together. Difficult.
I think you overestimate the possibilities.
Assuming your photovoltaic system is large enough. Then it is quite automatically the case that you have enough electricity between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. So you schedule the major consumers during that time and are already done with the "automation" of the household.
Cars are also charged automatically by the common wall boxes. Check.
Then only the heat pump is missing. And that is simple, too. You only produce hot water at noon. That is enough. During the transitional seasons, you only heat during the day. In the core winter, you raise the temperature by 2° between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. All of this takes 10 minutes in the heating settings tab.
And everything that you could then optimize with a lot, lot of effort might be maybe 10% more self-consumption of your own electricity.
