Of course, only the standard series is included in the price, that's why it is the standard series. Because 99% of builders install it. And a special series Busch Dynastie naturally costs extra. If the GÜ/BT is serious and there is mutual trust, then it works. And if not, then it is the wrong GÜ/BT.

Unfortunately, I don't have the names in mind.

The developer has named the manufacturers of satellite dishes, as I said I don't have them in mind. I also don't know which products are more expensive or cheaper, but when I look on the internet, I see that a mid-range satellite dish costs about 200€. From 1500€ then remains 1300€. Connection in the attic is included in the contract anyway. I think 1300€ for the rest is too expensive. That is what I actually wanted to know.

...yes, or a naive, gullible client...depends on how you look at it.
As I said, it is advice to avoid stress in advance. You don't have to take it.

And trust in construction...well....but I’m not going to start that discussion here....

That’s exactly how it is, that’s why I’m asking you here [emoji6]. Who trusts anyone!?

Alternatively, have a look on Amazon to get a feel for what reasonable hardware costs. SAT technology has been around for quite a few years and is no longer rocket science, so you should be able to find something decent with a small investment.

Then compare the price of your Elis against that and ask it (or yourself) where the difference is going. To me, it sounds like a good portion is going into one's own pocket.
