Hello everyone,
in our new building (solid construction Ytong), the interior plaster was applied in November 20 and has not yet dried since then - especially on the upper floor. Two weeks ago, the screed was installed, the screed program is running, and drying fans are operating on the ground floor and basement. Our site management has now arranged for the substructure for the ceiling on the upper floor to be installed on the still wet plaster. We are concerned that the plaster in these areas will not dry properly and that mold may form. I am attaching photos.
Thank you very much for your opinion and have a nice weekend.

It's just the UK, mEA won't prevent the moisture from escaping...

Sealing it would be stupid, then the ceiling might bend due to the moisture.

There is only one UD profile screwed to the wall and it has a height of 28mm. As long as the cladding is installed only after drying, there will be no problems.

That is a ring beam up there, full of concrete, which is now drying out through the plaster, there is already foil on top. That takes time. Sand the wet area a bit, it damages the top sinter layer, which also seals on the plaster.
