The drawing in #20 has two! major weaknesses: 1. the shower has no splash guard as it is. There should be a glass door, curtain, or something similar there. The tub gets wet. A wall would need to be about 160cm long so that nothing splashes into the room. 2. Wall behind the washbasin is long, next to it is a privacy wall: this divides the already very small bathroom and takes up standing and movement space. You have 3 children? The privacy wall should definitely only be 80cm high and very short. 80cm is too long.

Two children. I've already considered putting a new bathroom cabinet like in the current furnishing instead of the wall. That way we would have storage space and a, albeit small, separation.
Between the toilet and the outer wall there is, in my opinion, a lot of space. Possibly the toilet could be positioned a little closer to the wall to create more space between the washbasin and the toilet.

I use elements-show.de/3d-badplaner. But the free version has no save option. Sloping ceilings don’t work either.

Then I would make the partition walls only 2 m high. As high as the shower door. You just have to see if you can get a bathtub like that.

Of course, nothing splashes out. That would also work with a shower curtain.

I wouldn’t want a cabinet as tall as the existing one. It takes away the spacious feeling of the room.

Without a door, it definitely splashes out.

If you really don’t want a door at all, then you would have to place the shower there as in Katja’s suggestion.
You can use Homebyme. It also has a 3D function. You can import a plan and one measurement is enough to create a sketch with everything your heart desires.

Is there an exhaust fan? If yes, where is it?

That's why I planned a door.

However, the answer is also Merle's statement that she does not want a door!
