Above all, the heat radiating from above must also be dissipated, especially during prolonged operation on multiple plates. However, installation errors are often the reason for loud fan noises.

But with such an external cheap China gadget, you shouldn't have any expectations anyway. Although it does good work. I use such a thing to cook and keep food warm for parties (e.g., 25L pot of chili con carne, or mulled wine).

That, , explain to me in more detail about the heat radiating upwards, especially what that is supposed to have to do with the fan.

The heat from the pots is partially transferred inward as well.

Alright, let's leave it at that. ;) I don't want to start a discussion at this point. The way induction works is already sufficiently explained in the vastness of the web. ;)

I have often had such parts open and repaired them, so I am quite familiar with typical weak points.

If a pot that is 100 degrees hot is on the induction cooktop, the glass plate will also get just as hot, and the heat will naturally be inside through thermal radiation, even without direct contact. And in the long run, it has to escape.
