I don't know the system. However, I still want to write something about the topic in general.
Personally, I don't think much of wireless alarm systems or wireless surveillance cameras.
The question with something like this is always how easy it is to interfere with it. From what I keep hearing and reading, such systems can apparently be disabled quite easily.
If you're unlucky, there is a radio operator or a device nearby that emits interfering signals, and then problems occur.
Therefore, I can understand the company if they advise against such systems.
Or what if a contact is installed in the basement but doesn't have a proper wireless connection to the control panel?
Then you should also consider that the contacts contain batteries. And then the question arises: how long do they last? Do you have to replace them after 6 months or only after 6 years?
Either way, that would be too annoying for me.
You can see that I would run cables to the contacts. If you do it yourself, it might even be that, in the end, the cable is cheaper than all the batteries you would have to buy.
