Ikea Rengöra door closes too quickly

Hey,

I have the Rengöra dishwasher.
The panel is installed and everything is great.

But the door, when it is down, closes again with incredible force; only a fully loaded basket can keep it down.
I have read that for other dishwashers there is an adjustment screw to set the spring tension.
However, I can’t find anything about this in the manual or installation instructions.

Do you know a solution for this problem? Or is this just normal?
Does your door stay down on its own even when there is nothing "on it"?

Sounds very strange. Springs for adjustment are probably no longer available on newer dishwashers. It’s best to contact customer service.
