IKEA Omlopp lamps and remote control

The [*]Ansluta remote control replaces the Utrusta remote control. It is merely a name change. The function is the same.

I found that too. So only the name was changed. Accordingly, it should work. And what do I want with the box that only has one power connection? This system is confusing.

Therefore, it does not have to work. First, there was the ANSLUTA remote control with the box. Then the UTRUSTA remote control was added. Then there was only the UTRUSTA remote control. Then it was renamed to ANSLUTA and is different from the original ANSLUTA.

But then that also isn't true with new name, old function.

And the little box? The function is still a mystery to me. Connection for power. Nothing more, except the button.

Same function as UTRUSTA, but not like "Ansluta alt".

With the box, you connect the ANSLUTA connection cable to the Grundtal or RATIONELL lighting. They should have sold you the UTRUSTA remote control for the Omlopp transformer back then.

You can try to connect the OMLOPP transformer to the box with the ANSLUTA connection cable so that the box switches the power to the transformer.
