IKEA METOD base cabinet and RAFFINERAD hot air oven

Hello,

today the oven was installed in my new Ikea kitchen.

However, the oven rests on the drawer of the oven cabinet. This drawer can no longer be opened.
The oven or the board should be about 0.5 cm higher, but the board on which the oven rests had pre-drilled holes in the cabinet.

Does anyone have an idea what I did wrong here?

My idea would be to put a thin board on top of the existing board so that the oven is a bit higher.

Yes, this is normal. See also the commissioning instructions in the manual on p. 54 (download version) ... 200°C for 60 min are recommended "to eliminate the smell of insulating material and protective greases."
