Ikea Maximera inner drawer behind doors

I am currently (once again) redesigning all my kitchen planning (annoying when you have time until 2017 ) and am currently trying inner drawers behind doors. Now I trust that the planner does everything right, but I wonder where the hinge would go in the current configuration.



It is a US 60x60x80.

Does the planner know that a door with a hinge is supposed to be there? Since the drawers are installed as shown in the picture, the door must defy gravity and float.

The cupboard looks like this when closed in the planner, so he should know that. That's why I was so surprised.

Exactly, the hinge must go into the topmost and bottommost pairs of holes. Are the 153° hinges also listed [in the list]?
