Hi,
thanks for the link, but unfortunately the search for hoses comes up empty. The water does not turn black, at least not with the Ikea devices. The hose is double-walled and triggers a compressed sponge that stops the water supply. The hose is then scrap and must be replaced. The device itself also has a tray with a float, so if water flows back. If this is triggered, the device stops pumping. Both variants also work when the device is turned on. Double safety, therefore.
Regarding ordering a replacement hose again. True, the device is from E-Lux, so please call them. The number is in the user manual. Usually, you only get an extension since the aquastop on one hose is sufficient. A completely new hose in 4m length can, to my knowledge, also be obtained on request, but of course it then also costs significantly more.
