Ikea Komplement hinge problem slams shut

Hello dear forum,

I have the following setup. 400 cm (4x1m) practice corpus where 2 are connected to each other each. I got 2 x AULI glass sliding doors and 2 times Malm in wood. To match the design, from left to right the doors are arranged like this. Malm (back) Auli (front) Auli (front) Malm (back)

I got the soft-close Komplement for it. But now I can't attach the metal for the soft-close to the left Auli door. Or rather, it is reversed so that it doesn't go around the back door but hits against it. Could it be that my configuration is not planned like this by Ikea? Or is there another metal piece where it's the other way around?

Or does someone have another idea?

Hello, in the assembly instructions for the snap fitting, you can see that it is indeed intended for the left door to be in the front and the rear one on the right. Try attaching the part mounted on the right of the door to the left. If that is supposed to work, ask customer service if they can order the part for you and please provide feedback here. You can find the part number in the assembly instructions.
