Ikea HÄGGÅS LED pendant lamp too dark, are the LEDs replaceable?

I bought that lamp at Ikea and hung it up, but it is simply way too dark. The room is only 9m^2 and the light is enough to properly illuminate it. That can't really be the case, am I doing something wrong? Can you change the LEDs in the lamp, maybe there are brighter ones to use or something? Yes, it is definitely helpful to know if and where to get replacements when the LEDs break.
