Ikea Framtid MW C00 S light bulb defective

Hello everyone,

I don't actually need assembly help but repair help, however I hope I'm in the right place here.

We have the microwave/oven Framtid MW C00 S from Ikea. Unfortunately, the bulb is now broken.
When I inquired, I was told the replacement part costs 30 euros. But unfortunately, the lady had no further information about the bulb, so I can't look for a cheaper one locally.

Of course, I could take the bulb to a dealer, but unfortunately there is another problem. I have no idea how to remove the bulb. Apparently, I can turn it forever. And unlike an oven, the bulb doesn't seem to have a protective glass.

Can someone tell me what kind of bulb it is and above all how the hell do I get it out and put it back in again?

When you read this, and the replacement of the bulb is not mentioned in the operating manual, and you read the description of your removal attempt, it suggests that only the original lamp can be used and should only be replaced by a customer service technician. Possibly remove the device, open it, replace the lamp, reassemble, carry out the prescribed leak test, and charge properly.
I would ask the customer service again how to remove the lamp, as it is not described in the operating manual.

The light bulb definitely cannot be replaced without disassembling the device. Since the manufacturer's service is too expensive for me, I will now have the microwave repaired here on site.
