So far, I have had no problems either on the phone or in the furniture store.
With one order, a few glasses were broken, and I received a whole box of replacements. Another time, they apparently packed incorrectly; instead of 3 cartons with 6 glasses each, I received 3 individual glasses. Very quickly, 3 cartons with 6 glasses each were sent as replacements.
Now with the kitchen - in the furniture store, one front with a bumped edge, some items that were leftover somehow..... all returned.
The last delivery included a broken Malm glass top...... since I didn’t want to drive the shards to the furniture store, I first called and stupidly asked. I have to go back to the furniture store anyway to return a few things...... just what do I do with the shards, no problem, photo and receipt...... that works out and for the trouble she even left me 2 meal vouchers.
I think it has always been super easy so far.
