Ikea Besta drawer does not fit the shelf board

Hello everyone,

I assume I am not the only one with this problem. Nevertheless: I bought a Besta TV cabinet and wanted to leave a space on top for a DVD player. Problem: The shelves included in the Besta package are too short for the drawer. There is a two or three centimeter gap. What can be done about it? Are there longer shelves at Ikea? Or something else?

get the floor supports and screws 4 x 115443, 4 x 115444 and 8 x 113928 from customer service. This should make the floor sit further forward. The gap will then be at the back, but it should not cause any problems there.
