IKEA AVSIKT blind cabinet / blind door assembly

Hello,

I have taken over an Ikea AVSIKT shutter cabinet. Unfortunately, the shutter is not installed. After I installed the shutter, it always falls down inside the cabinet instead of rolling up properly.

Does anyone recognize from the photos what I did wrong? Maybe a part is missing or screwed on incorrectly? Does anyone have the assembly instructions for such a cabinet?

On a sticker, the production date 1999 is indicated. Thank you for any help!

Super Brootos, thanks for the assembly instructions! Now I am much smarter than before. Although I must say that installing the blind is not exactly easy.

Does anyone know if the blind can be purchased separately as a replacement part? Mine is torn in two places. I glued it, but I am absolutely skeptical that the glued spots will hold properly.

Try the customer service. Maybe they can order it in Sweden. But I don’t think so, it’s too old for that. But trying is better than studying.
