Quite often I have also read it the other way around here, where the young people basically forced the "old" into certain behavior or even payments. Yeah yeah, there are countless such stories......... but for us it worked out well, although you always had to work on it.

I definitely notice that the topic "building at the parents' place" is a very controversial issue and needs to be well thought out :D I just wanted to clarify in principle whether it even makes sense space-wise, that is, whether it is theoretically possible to build a house on this property that is large enough for a family. :) After that, we will have to think intensively again about whether the topic is even an option for us due to the mentioned consequences...

And I just had to measure the dimensions of the drawn house myself, the drawing was just a rough estimate :D It’s 10.8 m x 5.7 m.
