Ideal Standard Connect / Rimless WC Alternative?

I’ll "throw" the "Subway 2.0 rimless deep-flush toilet" from V & B into the ring. For a year now supplied with water from a domestic waterworks or cistern, no added chemicals since then (I hate those things) and still clean. Comfortable, no splashing and I find it "elegant"

It was also our alternative, but I don’t exactly remember what bothered us about it. At least in the photos you can see the "stub" on the underside, which is not as pronounced with the Ideal Standard. This was probably the exclusion criterion for Villeroy & Boch.

Depending on the installation location and "angle of view," the stub appeared to be at least visible or required crawling under the toilet :)

I just tried to see the stub from a normal viewing angle. At least I am not able to do that. You have to either kneel down or bend over deeply (or look at it from 30m distance ;-). See proof photos ...

Now I also know what was meant by "Stummel." It is indeed hardly visible from above. I actually find the Ideal Standard visually a bit more appealing, but it has (at least without AquaBlade) the disadvantage of occasional splashing. Tough choice.

Yes, that one has been there for quite a while... I picked one article each on quantum physics and astronomy (written for laypeople?) and have read them about 8 times so far but only understood about 10%. I hope I manage it in this lifetime because it’s extremely interesting ;-)

... and now I also noticed that the bathroom urgently needs a wet cleaning, quite a bit of dust next to the magazine rack :-(
