Repayment plans are correct if the specifications made in them become real. Example. Ours provided that at the start of the annuity 4-17, we would be done after five years and three months. Since we only started at 6-17 and then only with the first 17 thousand, this is now shifting slightly. But the rate is always 775,-: the interest is always calculated on the outstanding balance every month and included in the 775,-, so it decreases and the repayment portion increases, currently around 42,- interest and the rest repayment, The behavior of the Sparkasse is abysmal. This is not a house bank, but a house sucker. Beware Postbank, wild commission knights. Were you also at a Volks or Raiffeisen bank? K.

No. So far only Sparkasse and Postbank. Today Interhyp and Dr. Klein. I am also going to another financing advisor from Postbank today. It is important to me that I know that the offer from his colleague does not work like that. Or vice versa. This offer from Postbank was also called nonsense and even fraud by another loan advisor. Among other things, but especially, it was criticized that the savings balance after 10 years would be too low to get the large loan allocated. However, the man from Postbank said that anyone who says something like that has no idea, the minimum savings balance is not necessary at BHW!!!! I just can’t believe that an experienced financing advisor from Postbank wants to obviously cheat me like this.

Even though few like the B-Männchen here, professionally his ideas are rarely wrong, only occasionally morally questionable.

What I find much worse is that you are hung up on a €400k financing that you yourself do not understand. If you now want to argue "... but I am a layman ..." that may apply when searching for an offer, but before signing you should know and understand your financial product inside out.

If you still don't understand it then (advantages/disadvantages), then take an annuity loan.

That is a true word!
And about Postbank: Everyone who inquires about financing ends up with the BHW commission knights, whose main goal is to sell everyone at least one, preferably several, building savings contracts, which advertise with dreamlike nominal interest rates and throw wild schemes at the customer, who is understood as a kind of cash cow. And in the end: Take your money and run. I'm not speaking like the blind man about color, we were with Postbank until 2013, then canceled due to this disappointment and are now only with Volksbank.
