And you can be pretty sure that the "Infosauger" is exactly this loan advisor, but more likely his junior.

It is important to me that I know that the offer from his colleague does not work like that. Or vice versa. This offer from Postbank was also called nonsense and even fraud by another loan advisor. Among other things, but especially, it was criticized that the savings balance after 10 years is too low to trigger the large loan for allocation.
And you can be pretty sure that the "information leech" is exactly this credit advisor, but more likely his junior.
I just can't believe that an experienced financing advisor from Postbank wants to cheat me so obviously.

Exactly. That is the most important thing. Take your time. The good thing is that advice is free except for fee-based advisors. Therefore, you are allowed to make full use of the advice from commission-bound advisors until you have no questions left.Seriously: You let people who want to profit from you explain what their competitors are doing right or wrong?
Choose a financing option that YOU understand. Then you are no longer dependent on the opinion of "experts" and always know what's going on yourself. If it (supposedly(!)) costs a bit more: no problem, because YOU have everything under control and can sleep peacefully.
