Fortunately, there are parameters that I can still adjust (have adjusted). I knew that I couldn't/wouldn't rely on the default settings. I will accordingly lower the heating limit. I was also aware that 20 was too much. He probably set the heating limit a bit higher because there is always some delay. I might be able to have him adjust/lower the flow temperature again. We are still in talks with him anyway about an addition to enable the connection with the phone. I don't know where the standard outside temperature is for me. We rarely have -10 degrees at night. I live between Bremen and Bielefeld. The standard temperature doesn't show the regular maximum OUTSIDE temperature, does it?

Let me show you how you can display the supply temperature. What do your heat meters indicate about consumption so far?

Just enter that into the big search engine. There's a climate map with which you can determine the standard outside temperature based on your postal code. The standard outside temperature is the temperature for which the heating is designed. I don't remember the exact definition now, but it's roughly the lowest temperature that occurred for 5 consecutive days in the last 30 years at your location. The heating is set according to this, and the flow temperature will then be around 30 degrees. Ideally below that (but depending on the design of the underfloor heating in critical rooms, e.g. bathrooms, it can become tight), or at least only slightly above.

I'll provide that tonight. I don't know the readings off the top of my head. The heat meter for the heating is at 0.1... The one for the underfloor heating was installed about 4 weeks later and is at 0.0... if I’m not mistaken. What is even considered standard consumption here? I know there isn’t one, but with the 0.0 readings etc., it seems very low to me, doesn’t it? Of course, it’s summer now and we have only been living in the house for 7 weeks.

If they are set to zero, they have not measured anything either.
And please write hot water for the heat meter of the hot water, otherwise it will be confusing.

How far you can reduce the flow temperature depends primarily on the design of the underfloor heating system. Additional factors include the bypass valve and a possibly installed buffer in the heating circuit. With what flow temperature and delta T at [NAT] was the underfloor heating planned (and installed)? Why as a user can’t you change the heating curve (and thus flow temperature and return temperature)? Does the specialist need to come every time then? I would question that again...
