How to install the Framtid oV3 built-in oven?

I bought a Framtid OV3 today. Ikea told me that the stove can be installed either with a normal plug or at the connection in the kitchen. I looked at the plug in the kitchen. The 3 cables from the built-in stove are color-coded the same as at the connection. Only I wonder what the black cables at the connection are for? Or is it better to operate it with a plug? You have a stove connection with a 3-phase alternating current. If everything is connected as it should be, then green-yellow is the protective conductor, blue is the neutral conductor, and the black and brown conductors are the three phases. For the oven, you only need one of the phases. The other two can be used for an independent cooktop. If you have no idea at all, it is better to call an electrician. If the oven is connected to a socket with a plug, the socket must be separately fused and must not be any random one that is fused together with other sockets and the lighting.
