How to create a cozy bath

I need your help.
Yvonne told me to create an extra thread, maybe I'll get a bit more input for my planned bathroom.

You can find the screenshot in the attachment, here are a few more details about the measurements:
- The room is 3.95 x 3.21 m (there is a niche with 20 cm depth at the door)
- The knee wall is over 1 meter above the finished floor, the 2 m line is at about 80 cm (as marked)
- The shower should be 1 x 1 m
- The bathtub is currently "standard" with 1.75 m length and 75 cm width

No more ceramic fixtures should be added than what is visible.
I had already thought about a 6-sided bathtub, but that wouldn't help me much either.

One more brief addition regarding the window: Currently, the window is 1.25 m wide, 1.40 m high, with a parapet height of 96.5 cm.

Is the position of the door fixed?

here is an idea (and a small variation of it) on how you can comfortably fit everything and even expand the shower to 1m x 1.5m (possibly even larger).
Towel radiator behind the door, built-in cabinets to the right and left of the bathtub (just as an idea).

Oh, by resizable I meant whether the window can be made smaller or larger. In the above-mentioned variants, I kept the window at the size you specified.
