Eltis.. then think of the [bg Bau] and write down the helper hours. The wall is smooth if you have leased q3. Unfortunately, you will get settlement cracks on the walls after some time. If smooth, I would wallpaper with painter's fleece beforehand.

Settlement cracks occur anyway! Fleece and wallpaper cover not only settlement cracks but also other cracks that one would like to recognize and assess during the warranty period.

Therefore, I would only paint in the first few years and avoid wallpaper or fleece.

The BG Bau doesn’t insure immediate family anyway. But what I’m curious about is, painting is really the very last trade on the construction site. When does the BG Bau thing apply? After the acceptance with the developer or never?

If I want to paint again in 2 years and get a buddy to help, do I have to notify the BG Bau again? Who does something like that? Nobody, right?

Good question. I have to ask the site manager. We only agreed with him that we could paint the walls immediately afterwards. Did we get taken for a ride again? I'm meeting the site manager today, he will be grilled immediately if that's the case...

Look in your contract. It should be in there.

Regarding [bg Bau]. However, you still have to pay for the helper hours. Also for painting.

Not if they are favor services from close relatives or very good friends. Google a bit... there are people who have, for example, insured their father for 50 hours of work at a construction site with BG Bau, and in a subsequent accident BG refused to pay and also won in court with the "favor" reasoning (even though they accepted the payment!!!). There are several such cases, so certain payments can definitely be based on the rulings.
