How high are the notary fees for drawing up the purchase contract?

This ultimately means that the notary applies for the registration of a mortgage for the financing at the same time as the purchase contract (or not). Doing it all at once is faster and cheaper than making up for it 2 weeks after signing. The signing appointment is therefore the last opportunity to have it removed if it is not needed.

If that is not removed, what is the consequence?
The purchase still goes through. But, the notary receives 0.5% for the land registry entry (land charge) that he does not perform?

Isn't it possible to find a formulation that allows both options – without financing and with partial financing? Or won't any notary agree to that? In the end, I either transfer the total amount to the seller or I have to finance it and the notary registers it. Depending on what happens, the notary then bills accordingly.

The consequence would be that you receive a useless primary school entry and pay for it, and may later have it deleted at a cost.

About what amount? I don't even state the amount in the key data document for the contract drafting. Only that it is partially financed.

He will logically ask you that before the signing appointment. Likewise, for whom they should be registered. You currently only have a first draft, which will then be completed.

Alright - he can also argue. They signed the key data paper like that (is partly financed).

The land charge is registered for the bank, which I might then finance with. And exactly the amount that the bank pays me out as a loan. What does the notary usually require as proof?
