What if the sofa swallows the visitor?
:D
Maybe you could count that, but that
and
aren't really HOUSE-related additional costs?!
This here
On the other hand, yes
Nope. Or would you have those without a house?
Well, some only start thinking about this with high loan installments, but these are definitely not costs arising because of the house or its maintenance.
In the condo, my service charge is about 300 EUR, plus around 20 EUR per quarter in property tax.
House, let’s see. I haven’t done a projection yet. Some things I don’t even know yet, like wastewater, for example.
It's probably called extended household insurance...:
"Your household (household contents) is insured at replacement value against damages caused by: fire, lightning strike, explosion (F); burglary theft, robbery, vandalism following a break-in (ED); water damage from pipes (LW); travel luggage (RG); natural hazards (hail, storm, flooding, backwater, ground subsidence, landslide, rockfall, snow pressure, and meltwater). Your legal liability and that of all persons belonging to your household (insured persons) as private individuals are insured."
And if the broadcasting fee counts as additional house costs, then Netflix and Prime would almost count too. What about costs for cable TV? We save that because we watch via satellite + then the above-mentioned extras.
