Then you really have a problem finding a plot of land.
I wouldn’t want to build this house with the huge glass surfaces anywhere.
You are basically sitting on a display platter, so you really need a plot that is relatively private, which again is not compatible with every BPL.

When I think of ours, where you are only allowed to use permeable materials as a "privacy screen"...

But overall a very nice house. I find these Huf houses very stylish anyway.
