How do I destroy this weed on the balcony?!

On the neighboring property, there is this weed (see pictures). Can someone tell me what it is called or how I can kill it?

It is now growing through the soil of our roll lawn, and I have to pull it out every 2 days. Small clusters are already forming. When I remove them, I have a hole in the lawn.

I assume you live rather in an urban area? Here, with wild meadows and fields next door, you can't control everything with those. On the topic of glyphosate: Everyone has to decide for themselves. Many just don't know that many other herbicides are also based on it and then buy expensive mixtures in fancy spray bottles. But they don't work half as well and are just a hundred times more expensive. And all herbicides are toxic/harmful. Careful use is necessary.
