Siemensians all see themselves as rocket scientists. Sorry to put my finger in the wound. When I started in sales at the bank, teachers and civil servants were the worst species. Also bad savers. The saying always went, secure job, nice pension, and then always an XXL house.

True, I didn’t know that bankers and insurers have a good reputation......those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

There was only one choleric person among us. I shouted at him and said only one of us shouts here, and that's me. After that, it was quiet.

Actually, the tone among us was very mild.

Cancellations are part of the business. I can hardly imagine that.

Anyone who always thinks in millimeters or smaller must drastically rethink in construction. And yes, the employees of the industry partly have their reputation for a reason. Luckily, the reputation is mostly a cliché.

But it can also be misunderstood ...... but I find it disrespectful when someone is paid for their work and shows such behavior on the construction site, you can get upset sometimes, but it should be kept within limits.

It's not that simple .... For example, our electrician didn't want to continue working with us after his employees noticed that we measured the plaster with the level ... He said people like us (teachers, Siemens ... put in whatever you want) don't know anything and that there is no gap measurement in construction ... he wanted to give up the contract ... we were able to resolve it, but I've heard that phrase on construction sites many times .... So what now? The house looks on the upper floor as if we had not built a new house but a listed building! We had to have everything redone where we were already inside the house ... I therefore react allergically to that ... there were tradespeople who took the trouble to explain to me why xyz might really not be feasible ... we worked great together and learned a lot as laymen ... we agreed on the price and all is good, customer satisfied. Others thought they had swallowed wisdom with a spoon and teachers etc. are all stupid anyway ... then there was a lot of trouble and the contract was canceled etc. And even then I heard behind my back that we were said to be difficult ... That's not done and I told him that personally ...

Yes, that’s the reputation. Why? Because everyone thinks we work in a team on a commission basis selling people useless things and all earn millions — that is called envy.
