No, it wasn't meant seriously. :)

So the slime compost was now spread out as suggested, with soil on top and mixed with other waste. Earthworms have already been seen in large numbers. It should get better now. I'll let you know next year. ;)

At the beginning, I also tried to let the entire grass clippings dry and then put them in my 2 quick composters. That doesn’t work because (especially in newly created gardens) the ratio to the other waste is not right. Now, a layer of grass clippings is added now and then between the kitchen bio-waste and the rest of the garden trimmings. Then it takes about half a year to a year here and it is mostly decomposed. Everything that is not 100% decomposed yet and gets stuck in the sieve is again the starting material for the next compost batch.

The remaining grass clippings go into the additional bio-bin or used to go to the green waste collection. But you can also put a layer of grass clippings as fertilizer under the hedges.

Some rock dust is always added to my compost, especially when lawn clippings are involved.
