As described above, the situation must be clarified precisely!
In any case, no interior insulation may be installed if insulation has already been applied on the outside. Is the room heated sufficiently? In the bedroom, in my experience, the heating is set to zero. With the result that the walls always remain cold and can never warm up. An ideal moist habitat for mold and champignon lol!!
I hope you get rid of the mold!
